An Immersive Course Adventure

Featuring the 5 Elements of Nature and
the beloved Mirepoix Sisters.

Whether you’re brand new to meditation or returning with fresh curiosity, this adventure offers a grounded path toward building a practice that feels sustainable and deeply your own. Through breath, stillness, movement, and writing, you’ll learn to meet your wild mind with kindness, and discover that your life is the perfect place to begin.

Guided by Alexander Blue Feather, together we'll explore meditation through the wisdom of The Five Elements and the companionship of the Mirepoix Sisters (Sit, Write, Walk). These three sisters of sound practice will become the foundation of our daily rhythm.

Rather than teaching meditation as something to master, this experience invites you to practice returning. The healing is always in your return. Begin again — again and again. One breath, one step, and one page at time. We'll shape a daily meditation rhythm that is simple, sustainable, and soulful.

Overview of the adventure!
Bird’s Eye View

This immersive course-adventure offers 6 Live Calls, with a 21-Day Practice Trail at the heart of our season together. This will be where meditation becomes a lived experience. You’ll learn to build a sustainable meditation practice anchored in the elements—Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Space—and supported by the foundational trio of Sit, Write, Walk, affectionately called the Mirepoix Sisters.

Designed to be gentle yet transformative, this journey invites you to:

  • Build a simple meditation practice using a lens of natural presence and awareness from 1 minute to 30 minutes.

  • Explore three sound practices of observing your wild mind, with help from the Mirepoix Sisters (Sit, Write, Walk). The onions, carrots and celery of our practice journey.

  • Observe the 5 Elements of Nature as metaphor and anchor to support the structure of your meditation practice (Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Space).

  • Shape a relaxed sitting practice starting with 1 minute, and working up to 30 minutes (if you desire).

  • Engage with timed topic writing sessions as a moving meditation practice. Cultivating your wild mind onto the page.

  • Cultivate intentional walking as an expression of moving meditation.

  • Get access to a custom hip pack of meditation tools to utilize during the 21-Day Practice Trail.

  • Practice presence with Zen-inspired daily guidance while walking the 21-Day Practice Trail, through video offerings and field notes.
