The Podcast

I love podcasting! It’s the perfect environment to share stories with you. Sometimes I’ll read poems and share an audio message from Jude or Harvey Rose. It’s not uncommon for me to drop audio of me playing music from my piano. Whenever I record a new guided meditation I’ll publish it on the podcast feed as a stand-alone episode called, ‘Make Sit Happen.’ Tune in wherever you get your podcasts. If you haven’t already, please rate, review and subscribe. It’s helpful if you write a quick review or testimonial.

The
Guided Meditation
Starter Kit

Meditation doesn’t have to be such hard work. In fact, with a field guide you trust (hopefully that’s me) and different audio tracks to choose from, your time meditating can focus on curiosity and exploration. Don’t forget to be gentle, gentle with yourself.

Prints & Originals Available To Own

Don’t miss this year’s illustrious rainwater paintings. Yes, I collect raindrops—boil, purify and sift them (with love) to blanket your custom piece drenched in valuable Southern California rainwater. This exhibit features two original pieces with raindrops from Kauai (thank you Christine!).

“The teaching is merely a vehicle to describe the truth. Don’t mistake it for the truth itself. A finger pointing at the moon is not the moon. The finger is needed to know where to look for the moon, but if you mistake the finger for the moon itself, you will never know the real moon.”
